Event Management

We manage a product launch Events & Business Conferences where the media is also invited. We must make sure there is suitable Space for photographers—both photographers and videographers. And they must have an exceptional view so that they can capture each action.

Some of the things we consider are:

Venue

We always select venue According to the company because it depends on how big the company is, how big the product is and how much money the company wants to spend in the market presentation.

Food & Time

If the chairman of the company wants to offer food at the event, we make sure to plan as they want, Like Will it be finger foods or a full-course feast?

What time of day with the latest product launch event be held?

What sort of food will be best for the attendees?

How much food items should be ordered?

Will waiter’s staff be needed or just self-service is enough?
